Meet Our Awesome Team

Ann Ventura Founder & Creative Director

The idea for Sanaa studios was born out of a desire to change direction in my life and choose a career path different from the business world to one that gave me absolute pleasure and fulfillment. One that would provide a source of constant enlightenment and personal growth as an artist. Creating an Art school for me was somewhat of a natural progression as I came from a family of creative people. My mother balanced being an artist and a full-time Businesswoman. My father a Property Developer, my grandmother a dressmaker and my grandfather enjoyed furniture making as a hobby. For years I painted alongside my mother and ventured overseas with her to painting workshops whenever possible. Having the opportunity to fully immerse myself in my art without distractions was such a pleasurable experience that I wanted to create a place In Kingston for individuals of all ages to come and create art for the pure pleasure of it. The operations of Sanaa studios although continuously challenging has been immensely rewarding and satisfying. I am grateful for the immense support of our students, my staff members, instructors, family and friends. With God’s guidance and blessings I look forward to continuing this wonderful journey through the exploration of art with you.
